How we can help
Kids rarely have the words for what they feel. In play therapy, toys, art and stories become the way they work through worries, big feelings and hard changes at home or school. Ali checks in with parents along the way, so you know how your child is doing and what helps at home.
Meet your therapist

Ali Sustar, LCMHCA, NCC, is trained in child-centered play therapy and is working toward her Registered Play Therapist credential. Before becoming a therapist she was a Montessori preschool teacher, and she brings that same warmth and patience to every session. She uses play, art and other creative methods so children can communicate in a way that feels natural and safe.
Faith can be part of your sessions if you would like it to be, and is never assumed.
